- Payment Information: Billing details processed through Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
- Communications: Support requests, feedback, and messages sent through the platform

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years after termination, in accordance with financial recordkeeping requirements. Uploaded documents are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days. You may request deletion of your data subject to legal retention obligations.
